1974 Bronco I need some opinions

My Explorer badge is bolted on.
Hard to see from the above picture, but the screws indicate the door mave have been off in the past and some evidence the Explorer badge holes filled?

It appears that it was ordered with the Explorer seat package, but may be a regular U-100. That would coincide with the grill and no Explorer badging.
