And the Steve McQueen Mustang! They estimate that may go for 4 million. Should be fun

I can't look at these Broncos up for auction, I see too many things that are wrong.

The one Vicki pointed out, just a 3-spd, 3/4" heater hose to the heater core and no heater control valve? No PCV in the valve cover, no power brakes, looks like drum brakes too. Description is too brief

The paint looks nice and the red piping on the seats is a nice touch as well, but $55K I am just not seeing it, at least from the pictures...

It’ll be interesting to see if F197 the 69 “Bronco Hunter” gets a lot of attention. I wondered where it had gotten to.

Plan to go Thursday

Here's another beautiful build, Lot T45.1 a '77 Red / Blk 345 HP.

Really like the stance and the wheels & tires

Description says they have $125K in it! We'll see if there's a buyer willing to go that deep.

How did the green one get to $55K?

G152 got bid up to $29K and didnt sell

G160 got bid up to $23K and didnt sell

Anyone see them in person? Those are some sad prices. Easily $40K+ at Barrett Jackson

That's what I was thinking. Maybe the two had more to tell under the surface.

BJ may be a better barometer of current values this weekend? Be sure to post pics when you get there.

Maybe too many speculators or bargain hunters at Kissimmee.

I liked the orange '71 half cab and was equally surprised the green got what it did. Its all a matter of taste. The teal '66 half cab is sweet too.

The auction dynamic is quite interesting. I often wonder how many people bring a car and put a big reserve on it just to see what happens. Seems like with Mecum most have reserves and with BJ, few have reserves. Fascinating psychology at work.

Lot T127 sold for $79,500.....with a flipping 3 speed floor shifter. That is crazazy.

I just watched that and was blown away at that one too. But... it was shiny

Restomods seem to be ruling at Kissimmee. That sweet roadster went for a nice price. Hard to believe $95k can't buy an EB...
