I hope to have Pebbles running tomorrow. I had to fab a bracket for the vaporizer. I love the blue tip and the mig. So tomorrow I am off to the parts store for heater hose, switch for the propane sineloid, and a cover for the fuel pump.
Now I need to mount the 30lbs cylinders. %)

Cool! I am contemplating this. I have a few questions:
Whose system are you using?
How many gallon/pound tank are you using?
And where are you mounting the fuel tank?

Good luck and thanks!

I got the kit from Nightstick (Thank you) it is a Impco.
The tanks are the 30lbs and this is my idea on the mounting area.
I am sure it will be changed some how by the end of the day.

And HIJACK I love your blue bronco.

Hey Damon,

Good Luck!

Post back up when you get it fired up.

My little conversion project is driving me nuts. Because I will be driving it on public roads, there are a lot of different interpretations about what is required, and what isn't.

One minute I want to buy everything I need to take away any doubt, and the next minute I'm thinking I should just convert to fuel injection. Obviously I don't have a handle on this yet.

Let me know what you think of yours.

New there are $1200 but there are many out there for the $800 range used and they will have 30lbs tanks.
BTW how is VERTIGO treating you?

They work great but the mud was flying at K2 and they got dirty.

Is there a reason that they are crooked! Maybe easier to view on the trail? Propane looks good. I would definitely mount the bottle within the structure of the cage like you have it. That looks like it would be a pretty good spot on there for sure. 60# of propane should be good for a little while with the amount you drive that rig.
