Hello All,
After the first one of these consoles was built I got 3 more orders for consoles, which I really appreciate btw! Those 3 additional consoles should be at the new owners hands today. While building the additional consoles I cut up material for 2 extra consoles if anyone is interested send me a PM and see if we can get you set up!

Thx,
Matt

I must be living right. I'm loving this thing. Right next to my new egg cooker.

I can't thank Matt enough.

My thought exactly. I'd buy one today if available.

He's not on here much anymore so I pinged him to this thread.

I got a hold of Matt and he's going through a period of transition right (new house, building a shop, etc.) so he unfortunately doesn't have the time to build any consoles at the present time. However, he did say that he hopes to get back to building some once the pace of life settles down a bit.

YOU MIGHT LIKE TO LOOK OVER THIS POST just to see if you could pickup a tip. Since you mentioned you didn't like something about your shifter .
hope it helps .

Very nice! I have never liked how those shifters looked in a Bronco but that makes it look like it a factory option.
With about 50 different shifters to choose from in summit or jegs I dont understand why everyone chooses this shifter being it is very big, kind of ugly in my opinion and doesn't do anything different than any other shifter. I feel like it's another monkey see monkey do item instead of getting a shifter that YOU like. Here is a few pics of a b+m shifter I chose, it is a nice operating shifter, it's easy to mount and a nice looking unit in my opinion and better than that its different than seeing another winter's shifter in another bronco.

It’s simple. They don’t break over time, they never jam and you always know what gear you have selected. There is a reason Allison provided them for decades for use in dump trucks at equipment and used in off-road racing. Yes it is not the prettiest, it’s kind of clunky but it is very configurable, cable out the front or back or even straight up. It’s built like equipment not a toy.

I just bought a shifter, went to the summit store to have a look and feel if them all before I bought, I too wasn’t wanting another winters shifter, guess what I came home with…..

Please don’t think I’m discounting anyones choice, if you like it and it works for you, great! In no way do I expect everyone to build like I do, that would be boring.

Thank you. IF reliability and function is more important than pretty you can't beat this shifter. Get in a bind offroad and need reverse or forward quickly, and you have it setup right, you can't beat it.
