I pulled this 77 Bronco into the shop for rust repair, not as bad as the Word Traveller luckily. Needs A-pillars, rockers, floors, various other spots, and the front end pulled back over an inch.

Got this broken down a bit more, ordered the A pillars yesterday. Talked to Tom's in Medford and he told me they are at least 3 months out on A Pillars, and they don't make the 1 piece anymore for some reason, so had to go to Ebay and buy them.As I did on the last one, I have to fab up the l shaped piece that goes under the rear floor pan.

Trying to save as much original metal as possible, including inner rockers, I probably should have just changed them but I did put a little time in yesterday on it.

Chop chop day today, took me 2 full days the get A-pillar setup and welded in with door alignment. My amateur tip of the day, it took me awhile to figure this out, just because you buy the whole panel, doesn't mean you have to use the whole panel.

Put a few hours in on the driver side on Sunday and got quite a bit done. Just mocking up before welding to make sure it is right.

I installed the new window channel, I thought it was a very good piece until I realized the angle didn’t taper away like it needed to. Once I fixed that I was able to plug weld the cowl on. But holy, it took 6 hours to get the drivers door gaps decent. When I picked this up the rear lower drivers door stuck out 3/4”. I did all this repair and it wasn’t any better. Anyone else that runs into this, don’t go through my pain, pull the top of the b-pillar in and it sucks the bottom of the door in. At least I welded the rocker on, and the inner fender is ready to go.

Got the passenger side rocker welded in today, plug welded the fenders to the inner fenders, transferred the rad support to core support and welded all the brackets in. Hood fits well, for a hood that is trash.
