I am going maybe we can coordinate. My old business partner is selling a big part of his sign collection, probably a couple hundred thousand in really cool neon and ceramic originals.I hope to be there at some point as well!
Yes definitely some shiny flippers there without the attention to detail. But then there are some really nice ones too. Some nice ones there for sure.
Hopefully they've had as much attention paid to underneath as they have up top.

just sad...........The ones for household wiring. Usually found at the tail lights or under the dash.
good pictures Todd , Also Brad who work for Bill stroppe in the 70s past away last week of a massive heart attack you’ve talked to him in the past as I remember
You and I are brothers from another mother when it comes to looking at these trucks - you see a lot more than I do! Unfortunately I was just there on Sat. to pick up a pass and decided to do a quick pass-thru (like 30 min) and see car quantities compared to last year, etc. I didn't look at anything in detail - my swag is that the build qualities have improved from years past. I'm sure you and Nick will be there before I will be again and can give us a full report.OK Todd, you know me an Barret Jackson Broncos. How much is just eye candy and how much of it is horror show?
My habit that I got good at was looking for wire nuts. The ones for household wiring. Usually found at the tail lights or under the dash.
But there have been plenty of other goodies over the years. The Bronco that was de-lifted (but still lifted some) by moving the lift blocks from between the spring and axle to above the spring and below the U-bolt plate. So the old oversized U-bolts could be reused.
I think Todd even brought this one to the attention of Barret Jackson staff, the wheels cutting into the heim joint steering.
I sure hope with the rising price tags there is a rise in build quality as well.
