4 link rear suspension 2 link front?

Im new at this, I'm currently in the middle of ripping my bronco down to the frame and I have fab buddy and he mentioned to me we should do a 4 link rear and 2 link front suspension and I have no idea what that even means...I am doing a coyote swap in my truck potentially but he mentioned I should look into it with coil overs and fox suspension??? Whats usually cost of this?

Never heard of a 2 link suspension, unless he just means good old radius arms. I am sure it all boils down to how you plan on using it.
