I have an uncut Bronco in which I'm trying to achieve the same stance as the ICON Bronco. Will a 3.5 suspension lift with a 1 inch body lift work for a 285/70/17 tire/wheel setup? Thanks in advance.

Won't work, I had to narrow the rear end. Check my build. Lots of info on it, even with rolling the fenders you are close to an inch off. I bought and tested the best wheel I could find. In the end I would guess .5-.75" narrowed might have been enough. But 1" on each side is what I did.

I have my axle back 1", had to change my break setup as well.

You would still need A LOT of backspacing.

A smaller 265x70x17 fits with an 17x8" wheel with 4.5" Backspacing and 3 1/2" Total lift. The Orange, Uncut 69 in my Garage has this combo.

The 285x70x17 with 4 1/2" Total Lift and 17x8" wheel would need at least 5" backspacing. Then you would have steering clearance issues up front.

My wheels have 4.5" backspacing. I have zero issues up front with the steering. Everything is close but clears. Really to clear without narrowing your axle you would need 5.5 or so of backspacing on the rears.

Find some Dodge 17" steel wheels and enlarge the center holes they work perfect for LUBERS. I just put a set of 34" x 10.5" x 17" on my 05' F150 on 7" factory steel wheel I need to do some measuring but I'm thinking these will be a good tire size for LUBERS. The picture is my LUBER with the same lift as yours with the Dodge steel wheels and 255/80/17 BFG KM2's.

The 34's fit mine just fine. These dodge wheels have more than 5" of backspace though.

I had to add an 1/2" of BS to my 4.5BS 7" wide wheels with 3.5" lift. Running 285/70/18's. Might still need to roll my fenders or narrow my axle a 1/4" with the now 5" of BS.

Imo, worth the effort.

As others have said,I also have dodge wheels with 34's and they fit perfectly.

This is a far easier option and looks awesome. If I could go back in time, I doubt I would narrow. I would just buy these.

Wingo, is that really a 3.5" BL (body lift) or SL (suspension lift)? Looks great either way.
