Any one have pictures of their Bronco with 285/70/R17 tires and wheels, maybe with slots?

I was going to go with AR172 Polished however not how it looks with all the aluminum.

285 is a tough tough tire to clear. 100% not worth the effort. I had them, you need 17x8-4.5" then you need to narrow your axle 1.5 or so total inches. Then shock mounts have to be moved, 275.70-17 is much better. I actually love my new stance.

265/70-17

I chose 34x10.5R17 for my LUBR - I run 17x9 w/ 4.5" backspacing. Not sure if your question was for uncut or not. This size has limited brands, but I like the fit.

Mine were flared from the original owner before I bought the Bronco 30
years ago. Not as unique as the used to be with the new flares fenders.

Sorry cant help with the fit and quality question

You will lose some turning radius with factory arms in front and will need to trim the front fenders some. But since mine was already cut when I got it, there wasn't an issue.

Method wheels from 4WParts wholesalers

2.5" lift from WH's in front, 3.5 WH's leafs in back

Since you're planning on running BFGs in this size, and if you go with the AT/KO2s, be sure to choose the load range C versions rather than the E's.

Wait, did I made a mistake? My Bronco project is a roller right now with 285/70 R17 tires on Dodge steelies. I have a 2.5 suspension lift and will have a 1 inch body lift. I have T-Rex arms and converted to the rear suspension inboard suspension hoop shock mount. I was hoping to stay uncut, am I going to have issues? I thought I did my research!!!!

The Dodge 17x7" Steel Wheels have a lot of Backspacing. You should be good with the SL/BL listed and an Uncut Bronco
