oK, possibly an unpopular opinion, since they're a sponsor here, but here goes;
Their customer service sucks.
I live less than 15 minutes from the Graveyard, and work less than 10 minutes from them. I have 3 Broncos, as well as a few other old pickups with parts they sell - and if it wasn't for their convenience, I would order my parts elsewhere.
It has gotten better in the last 2 years, because I've done some business outside of the Graveyard with the manager, so he's my guy every time I need anything. This helps tremendously.
I left work early one day to make it there before they closed, to return a couple parts and buy several others.
I walked up to the door and it was locked. Website said they were open until 5, I was there at 4:32.
Grabbed the handle, locked. Looked at the door, says open til 5. Looked online, open til 5. While I was standing in front of their showroom with my phone in hand pretty confused, someone finally comes up and cracks open the door.
"Yeah?"
"Are you guys closed?"
"Yeah, we closed at 4:30. Did you need something?"
"Well, I need to return a couple things and buy some others - your door says you're open til 5, and so does Google."
"Ok, well we stop taking walk ins at 4:30 and just service phones til 5 for phone orders"
"Does it seem silly to have your door say you're open til 5, when phone people certainly wouldn't see that, but showroom traffic would?"
"I'll let you in, as long as it's quick"
Returned my items and left. Got home, ordered the stuff I needed for more money, AND had to pay for shipping from TBP.
Had the manager been there at the time, I would've addressed it.
The biggest part of the problem is that they are SWAMPED, and don't hire enough people.
