What’s the best way to put bezel on?

What is the best way to put this antenna bezel on without buggering it up when tightening?

Nothing like buying a “one time use” tool…. That’s my favorite! Maybe after I use it I can rent it out to other bronco antenna installers! I guess I’ll try and make something in my shop at work … thanks

This would be my guess…

Not sure how the diameter would work out, but that has bottle opener written all over it for future use.
