Vacuum booster offset bracket dose/can work with hydro-boost ?

Yes it can work. I believe that most of the boosters you get out of the junkyard have slightly different bolt patterns, but that some are direct fit. Or at least almost direct fit.
But even with the ones that don't fit right out of the box, so to speak, I don't think it's that hard to modify them.
I've never done it myself, but plenty here have, so you should have your better answer from them.

And also if I'm not mistaken, you will need at least some additional space over a 302. But not to the point you need the full angle bracket. A little spacer/adapter would be helpful.
You running stock valve covers and all?
