I didnt get "pay off" I did however get some work accomplished. I feel like my "Amazing Ability" is to make things take 3 times longer than they need to. But one thing is for sure learning from the past, I am trying to do things right the first time on this portion of the project. The tear down was definitely the easy part. The hard part is what's going back in is upgraded "dreams of what I want a Bronco to be". Stuff that to me is new technology so I have to learn as I go. I realized this weekend that takes time. Although a Sniper EFI 351W with an Explorer serp system swapped project is by far NOT the latest and greatest conversion available. I'm learning it all as I go. I get so far and think of a potential problem down the road, go into the house research for the answer (proud of myself for thinking ahead) get back out to work and just like a separate problem like a powersteering pump pulley dont fit! I have had other instances of the same type with the fuel system also. But like I said I'm learning as I go and after all this is said and done I have learned what to do next time. When I'll be rebuilding the engine that came out of this Bronco and putit in my Yellow 66 Bronco.
So last weeks successes will be summed up in the pics. Headers, Clutch and fabed equilizer bracket, transmission/transfer case, starter, drive shaft and exhaust all back in. New fuel lines are also Installed. Just waiting on the fuel filter and I can get the 23gal tank installed.
