I am liking the sounds of this plan. It's about 4.5 hours for me. I will just be getting back from Costa Rica on the 10th so I hope it doesn't end up being the 13th for this trip. I really don't think the wife would go for that. She likes me working and earning. You know Father's day is the 21st. How could she say no if I wanted to make a trip that weekend;D.

Been a bit since any updates. Got the Bronco back going after the 4:1 let go. What a learning curve on that one.

I think I ended up buying 2 transfer cases, 2 klune-V front halfs, 2 ring Gears and planetary gear set (Thanks a ton to Steve Sharp as usual) Turns out the 4:1 is slightly smaller than the 2.72 ring gear.

This is what I did for a purge canister on the transmission vent. Just in case it decides to push a little bit of fluid out it can drain back in or if it's too much it will run out. The vent line runs back to the bottom of the transmission, hopefully that will prevent it from losing fluid should it end up upside down.
Just a couple of GM fuel filters, cut them in half and removed the filters.

Extended one of the lines to the top of the can and soldered them back together. Like the idiot I am I tested it with a little shop air, forgot to turn down the pressure from 100psi+ Wow that was a cool explosion in my hand! Shot the top half of the can probably 50'.

Added some tie downs on the axles. I forgot to do it when I first built them.

OBA is hooked up and ready to go! Super excited about finally having it on my rig. One of those things I have always wanted.

Your gunna love the tie downs:cool: just makes loading up that much easier.

Awesome on the air! I need to find another compressor, I think I have room to squeeze it in there and say out of the sterring linkage. I have the hard part to find, the bracket to bolt it up.

Finally getting caught up after our Moab trip. Got a coat of paint on the new trailer. We were able to haul Cory's RZR and the Bronco in the truck and Dave's Jeep on the trailer.

Made it to Farmington were we met up with Doug Lloyd. He and Richard Jenkins showed us around for the day. We played around in the Brown Springs Comp area for a while.
