Have Yukon went way up on their gear prices?

I just got a quote for a ford 9" 5.13 Yukon gears for $278 without an install kit. Does that seem outrageous or have they went up on their prices? I guess I will be trying to find a cheaper brand for this Bronco build. Any affordable gear set out their, or has steel prices caused gears to go way up.

I buy all my drivetrain parts from these guys. I have bought d44 chromoly axles and yukon joints, 9" HD axles, and 2 different gear set(4.11,5.13). $229 for yukon and they do offer a lower priced set.
