After pulling the rest off. Also test fit the right side cowl piece a D not real happy with vendor product.

Anyone out there try Jeff 1 piece or 3 piece or Wildhorse cowl sections?

You seem to operate like I do. It never ends! Keep up the good work.

Where in NJ are you? I grew up in NNJ near Newton. You know, off exit 18.... :)

Gotcha. I was kidding about the exit #. I was in the middle of nowhere up there but that was fine by me. Grew up as a northern redneck- according to my wife.

The background first pic looks like it was up where I was.

Joe, you do realize that cowl is nowhere near the gas tank........;D

It will all be worth it when you are done.

Bronco Graveyard has the frame repair washers. As for the track bar bracket, clean it up and get a better pic. Are you planning on any lift? If so then I would look into a trac bar drop bracket, you bolt it on then weld reinforce it, will fix your issue, if you are staying stock height, then grab some correct size grade 8 washers and weld them on to reinforce. Looks like the trac bar became loose then maybe wore the holes some, a washer fix s a decent repair.

No lift yet so actually going to use some plate there. Just need to find correct longer bolt also.

In other news finished removing, cleaning up lower cowl and did firewall patching of 3 or 4 hole from PO.

And yes I am starting to put new pieces on. Just waiting for core support braces and to make a decision on the front floor and all the cutting is done on the body.

Yeah, migs makes some nice stuff! Like what you are doing. Not sure I would have the patience to tear something that much "together" apart in the first place.

I know what you mean. I'm trying to catch all the rust before the north east weather takes a nice truck to a rust bucket. I did rockers and lower end of kick panels/door posts last year. Cowl and front clip inner structure this year along with drivetrain . I'm hoping to do it now a little at time and have a nice truck that will last another 25 years!
