New gas tank install

Very quick question for anyone. I am installing a new gas tank in a 70 Bronco. Purchased from TB. The one they sent has two small port openings, which I assume are for return lines for later years. Do I just cap these off?

That's what I did and many others have done (but don't cap off the filler tube vent, hook that one up).

If you don't cap you have to reinstall the stock vapor lines/tank or rig up something to replace it.
