Explorer front dress belt size?

So I have the explorer front dress on my buddies bronco with stock AC pump.
-I got a 4060940 (94 inches) and it barely doesn't fit.
-Measurement was 93.0 in fully compressed tensioner and 94.75 inch fully relaxed.
-Measured the outside of my belt at 94.3 inches.
-What am I missing here?

Was that belt ordered for a stock Explorer? And if so, are you sure you have the belt routing exactly correct?
There always seems to be two ways that it almost works.

Yes correct. It just barely won't fit.

I had to get a longer belt, could not tell you what part number. Google search gates belts catalog for their belts and pick one an inch longer.

Last digits are belt length, try a 4060950

buy it local from autozone or such and return if it does not fit.
