I wanted to share my experience dealing with Forel Publishing. For those of you not familiar - they sell a number of licensed Ford products, including shop manuals for our Broncos.

In less than a day, the owner (David LeBlanc) responded with a personalized response to my questions regarding their products and their delivery. And... Also took the time to thank me for my previous purchases.

Nowadays, this level of customer service is rare, even less so for companies that deal in digital goods.

That's it. Just wanted to share my positive experience with this company. Definitely looking to them first the next time I need something - their 1964-72 Ford Truck Master Parts Catalog probably has some good stuff in it. (Anybody have this?)

https://fordmanuals.com has their products, with https://forelpublishing.com being the publisher's homepage.

I have a couple of their Ford Car Master Parts Catalogs (the Broncos are in the car catalogs) - one was a download and the other came on a flash drive. What little I've looked at them, they appear to be solid products and yes, they were very prompt with their shipping and communication.
