Carb Leaking in Funny Spot

Hello! My carb is leaking in a spot I'm unfamiliar with. Can't see a visible leak or gasket. I'm pretty familiar with this carb, but this has me stumped. I'd appreciate any feedback!

It looks like the throttle shaft. Fuel would spill out of the booster venturi if the bowl over flows. Boiling fuel in the line and or the filter can't go back into the pump against a one way valve. Or a piece of dirt, crud etc. Could be stuck in between the needle and seat. A bad float that sinks, or other causes too numerous to list.
