1977 Vin Decoding = Last 77 Produced?

I just found a 77 Ranger this week and she is resting in the corral nice and safe. Un-cut with 82.000 miles 2nd owners from southern Ohio. Nice little truck! Think it will be a keeper. Time to break out the rotissory. Winter project

I would like to see how far fron the end of the line she is.

This one I picked up last month in Arkansas 351 Clevor

I will leave it up to the experts to decode it and see when they ended production at Fords Michigan Truck Plant.

I remember that there was a thread before about who had the last existing 77..
