1976 Tear Down, wow, it's been almost 10 years since touching a Bronco!

I found 1976 U15 in NJ for $5k that I took a chance on. Now this thing needs some serious TLC in the body, but my husband and I got it running and the 302 is STRONG. Great compression, couldn't hardly pull out without churning tires! We are really excited and have begun the tear down. Most people would probably have scrapped the body, but we love taking the time and bringing old things back to life. The first Bronco I did came from a junkyard.

Anyway, I'll probably be on here a lot now. Between this and the tear down of my Pappy's '69, I've got a bunch of extra parts to trade or recoup costs. And I'm gonna need a lot of advice (like can a '69 manual trans setup be used to replace a '76 automatic setup...so many questions already, haha). I'll be fixing up one good Bronco between the '76 and the '69.

And as a side note...let me just say that I am FLOORED at the prices of these things since 10 years ago!!! I barely fetched $6500 for my completed '66 back then. It probably would have gone well over 20K in this market.

1976 U15, 302, automatic, PS, PB

Looks like a good start. I replaced most of the same sheet metal you did in by build
