Working on a 1976 Bronco and putting a budget build 302 back in it. I am looking for a way to plug the air pump port on the sides of both heads as shown in the picture attached. I did some searching on google but was unsuccessful. I plan to run some sort of EFI so I want to make sure it is sealed up well.

Maybe just a freeze plug??

I've used a flanged bolt + washer + fender washer. Then added a little exhaust rtv to seal. For a more permanent situation I'd use a core plug as mentioned above.

My mistake - I thought you were talking about the threaded holes at the front/back of the heads until I saw the picture…. Yes - freeze plugs with RTV.
