That going to look great. To this date my favorite Bronco color, is white. My first Bronco was a 77 Ranger. All white with argent grill. Pictures in my garage. Love your build.:cool::cool::cool:

I also sent off all body clips, grill, etc.. to be zinc’d. The black oxide just rusts so fast.

Good decision on the grille color. Argent is the way to go when you have the grille trim. Looking good!

This is probably the most ludicrous thing I have ever done to my bronco. But I pulled my wild horses 1.5” lift apart and had it powder coated and all new zinc hardware.

The rattle can paint job on them just so ratty

Not ludicrous at all. I love attention to detail like that. Question for the powder coating experts....will it crack in an application like this where the part flexes regularly?

Shouldn't, but the powder will eventually rub through areas of contact with metal.

Hmm. I haven’t seen a design without bushings here.

Down and inch in lift (front and rear) and let a high end fabrication/ suspension shop do the work. Rear will hopefully settle a little. But it’s no longer sketchy to drive! Makes me want to keep the 285/70-17 tires. So much fun to drive. Happy 4th everyone!
