Wheel offset and tire size for uncut bronco

I’m restoring a 68 UNCUT bronco with a 2.5” suspension lift and a 1” body lift. I’m looking for feedback what offset I need for new wheels and what size tire will I can fit on the back. Any input and pics would be appreciated!
