what's the going price for a pan-fill c4?

Kind of like the title, I'm looking at getting a pan-fill c4 but I want to know what one goes for, roughly, so I know if its a decent deal. I found one that I'm 95% certain is original and unmolested. 2WD of course. Is $150 a reasonable "rebuilder" price? Its in a 2nd gen Econoline.

No, I've found one, I just want to find out if $150 is a reasonable price for one that needs a rebuild. I know it will need the adapter kit with the main shaft.

I paid $100 for an early mustang “core” c4 so $$150 is in the ballpark.
