WH track bar riser install for full-size dana 44 In 73 bronco

Hi! I am installing the wh track bar riser and am confused as to what the piece in the pic?

I have read the instructions like 10 times… can u guys help?

That washer goes under the head of the grade 8 bolt. The bolt head welds to the big square washer, and the big square washer welds to the riser bracket. It basically increases the thickness of the riser in that location. I’m not sure that you can attach the riser bracket at the full width pin location. I’m not sure that you want to, unless you are building a custom track bar. Better make sure that the radius arm has room.

Tie-rod over steering links?
I matched the height of the tracbar to the TRO center steering link.

Did you move you coil bucket towers out to match the full width or did you move the seats that the coils sit in on the radius arm out to match?

Moved forward and out. 4x4x2 steering box moved forward close to grill. trac bar frame mount also followed. lower part of front crossmember modified for clearance.
