call me lazy but i'm not interested in piecing together a kit and i don't have a ton of time to search for parts and visit junkyards.

do any of the vendors offer an off the shelf hydraulic kit? something that'll mate to an early bronco bell housing/ ax15 or stock 3speed?

When I was researching for mine I found that some of the speed shops offer kits, but all of them would require some drilling/machining on the OEM bell housing. I don't think any of the vendors offer a kit. I ended up finding a bell housing on car-part.com off of an 84 F250, then bought the master and slave cylinder and a steel braid hose from O'Reilly's. Of course, mine was still in pieces so swapping the bell housing was easy.

Wildwood sells some ram based versions but you still have some fab work.

I'll say this.....bore size of the MC is very important. My first attempt ended up as an on/off switch. Changed bore size and it now "feathers".
