Hmmm...I responded earlier in this thread but I don't have any way to access the new forum. We supposed to get a PM?

Sorry. I thought I got everyone. I just sent you a PM.

Well crap. I missed an entire page of people. %)

Sorry everyone. PM's have now been sent with instructions on how to get to the test forum.

A big thank you to all the beta testers! I think it's been a pretty successful exercise that resulted in a few bug fixes and tweaks for the better.

It sounds like the new software will go live as early as Tues of next week. I will make an announcement when I have that date and time firmed up.

I'm definitely looking forward to it! Hopefully the new system will be only a slight disruption to how everyone is used to using the forum. And there are several improvements I know people are going to like.

Well Jon, fingers crossed! Should we expect to see much difference, other than new options and a performance improvement once successfully implemented? Still a similar front page, etc.?

Looking forward to it!

I've worked hard to keep the look very close to what everyone is used to. I know that the new software will be an adjustment, so I didn't want to also throw a new look at everyone and add to the confusion.

I would like to update the overall look of the site, but one change at a time. After the dust has settles from the new forum software, then I'll revisit the style of the site.
