Finally became a contributor so here are some pics of progress. 66 body, 74 frame, 76 dana 44 w/disc, 76 big bearing, 76 power steering, and homemade rotisserie built using the 66 frame so I wouldn't have to remove the front clip.

looking real nice! That's a superb job on the frame. Will you be able to scratch it up on the trails?

keep those pictures updated!

Looks good Joey. Is that one going to make it to Knoxville?

It's being built to drive. Not afraid of it being scratched up, that's what they were made for. That's the one I'm planning on taking to Knoxville. Hoping it will be back together close enough to take, if not I'll be there anyway. There's nothing to building a rotisserie if you want to get with me about it.

Sandblasted and bedlined this weekend. I used a tinted bedliner so I can spray the inside and underneath the same body color. It's made by SEM'S, and I was pretty impressed with it.

Good idea, I have both ends of a rotisserie but I did not have the mount made for bolting it to the body. I never thought about using an actual frame to span from one end to the other. I have an extra frame so now I am fixing to have a dedicated EB rotisserie. Thanks for the post, you helped me.

All I did was use a section 4" channel to mount into the bumper mounts. It's worked out a lot better then I hoped for. That way you don't have to remove the front clip or brace it up.

Looks good Joey. Will it be together in time to make it to Knoxville? The one in the picture first row third form the left looks like it is. I am not sure mine will be.

Not looking to good to be ready for May, but still going to try. The blue one you're talking about is, but the guy who owns it will already be out of town in May. I've about got all my parts up, so it's just a matter of doing body work and putting back together.

What's your plan when you do the final paint. Are you going to put it back on the frame and remove all your bracing or are you going to paint it on the rotisserie and patch up where the bracing was, once it's removed?

I'm going to set it back over on the frame this week and remove all of the bracing. I'll do the bodywork and trim it out and then paint the exterior.

The color red is a custom tint by Ken of Ken's Pro-Colours. It's similar to a Porsche Gaurds red. The red on it now is actually the tinted bedliner I sprayed so it's actually toned down just a little bit. My buddy has named the color "red d@#*n it", because the actual red is so bright.

It's been a while since I've had a chance to work on it. I've got all the body panels in primer and about ready to trim out with color. Hopefully will have the body back together in the next few weeks.
