Depends on the SD system you want to use.

I converted a 96 E350 van SD to MAF. I turned it into a 95 Stang harness. Very few pins to change and some adds like second O2 sensor and the injector wiring. Both used remote TFI,

You would need the pinouts of both the Ron Francis and the SD system and do a side by side compare. Then repin as needed.

Hopefully my ecu is repairable!

A suggestion... Start looking for a replacement or spare now. Mustang ECU's are getting harder to come by and when you do find them they can be $200 and up! It is good to have a spare, I know from personal experience...

I'm looking and I'm seeing the price of them and comparing to others, and I think it is ridiculous that they are priced so high.
I already bought one bad one and who's to say the next one won't be the same only cost me more money.
This is the reason I was asking about sd they are all over the place and no one is capitalizing on the fact that people are re purposing them for other vehicles. YET.

I think the issue is no one programs SD systems. I looked into it with the van I bought as my donor. Yes they can make good power but most want MAF.

IF you ditch the harness you have and get s SD ECU with harness, it will work minus few sensors. Have to look at sensor compatibility to. You just need the pinouts for the SD you have. What's it off of? If off a truck then I've got the pin outs someplace on my PC.

It's all going up in price. Even the lesser used SN95 stuff. 1995 Stang GT manual trans T4M0 ECM $250 and up most days

Truck pin outs 1996 2500 and up truck and vans were still SD due to a loop hole in the EPA regulations. I think Cali models were MAF.
