I can finally contribute to this thread. Just got her driving this summer. Working on the matching silver top install this winter.

You've done exactly what I was thinking about on my bronco with the 1" lift and 30" tires, love the look!

About to start getting this U14 road ready. Stripped off the primer and found the original Boxwood under it so I am going to keep it LUBR. The metal is all original and ZERO rust. Ordered a 1 inch BL. It had a 3" on it. need a front Bench seat if anyone has a spare!

Purchased in Feb 2017, frame off restoration, coyote/6R80 powered, Hydratech braking, 4wheel disc, Dakota Digital RTX, Ron Davis radiator, Ididit steering column, 4:56 gears and Tom Wood drive shafts . Thanks to all here on classic bronco. This forum was a great resource. There is no way I could’ve completed this without all the valuable information here.

Ridiculous! What a great project and turned out awesome. Congrats!

Here's my 77.

Great looking rig there. The same, or at least almost the same dark blue that was the last '77 on the lot here at the local dealer when I was drooling over them and wishing I had not just shot the wad on my used '71.
But at less than half the cost of a new one, I could not argue with my logic. Just at my bad luck. Or bad sense for not having more money when I really needed it!
Is that an original Bronco color, or something different?

That's a sweet ride for sure Mark. I always wondered about the build sheets that mention things like "steering shock" and "extra cooling radiator" because I never saw a Bronco with a different radiator (unless they were comparing it to a 6-cyl version?) or without a stabilizer. Though I'd heard in the early years it was an option, I still never saw a Bronco without one. Have heard of a member or three here that did not have the holes in the crossmember, but that's as close as I've come.

You probably have mentioned them elsewhere, but what are the hubcaps?

Thanks

Paul

Thanks guys! It’s been quite a project as these things usually are.
Color is Arcadian Blue. Hubcaps are 1965 Galaxy 500. Blueprint Bronco spec 306, NV3550. 4:56 gears. WH 2.5 “ leafs and Deaver coils, Bilstien 5100 shocks. 1” BL with Duffs filler panels. BMW seats. I’ll put up some better pics later if anyone would like.
Mark
