Another Gear swap question

I think I have read and re read all the articles about gear ratio swap. Maybe I'm looking for the push over the mountain to get going. Here is what I'm dealing with.
Fresh rebuilt 351w
C4
3.50 gears open diff
32x12.5 tire
Power B and steering.
The bronco gets down the road pretty good, I would like just a little more low end grunt. I don't do too much off road, not because I don't want to just haven't had enough time. Plus I need a roll cage.
Now I was thinking about going to 4.11 ? I don't intend on rock crawling, just easy off road stuff.
Also I did the math and was contemplating purchasing an entire third member with trac lock. The shop WOULd charge to remove and replace gears ect.. I would have no issues with removing one and putting one in. So I'm thinking I would be saving in the long run.
I would have to have a shop change out the front diff, I just don't want the headache of back lash and spacing.
Any recommendation appreciated. And welcomed. Let me know what you have done or are doing.

I'm running fresh 351W with 32's, stock 3 speed manual and 4.11's and it RIPS on the street.

I'm not a fan of a trac loc. My 351W did the below to my 4 pin T-loc and I wasn't even leaning on it.

I installed an Eaton TrueTrac and LOVE IT. I also upgraded to 31 spline axles.......

That makes me wonder where your torque curve is on those motors. I am finishing up a build for a customer, 302 with GT40P heads, FiTech EFI and Comp Cams XE cam equivalent to a stock HO mustang cam. We are running 300 HP and 325 TQ with the TQ all in at 2700. This bronco has it's factory C4, no BL, 2.5" SL stock 3.50 gears, true track sift and 31 spline axles and 32 x 11.50-15 BFG ATKO2 and it scoots along rather well. I have not had it much above 55 yet due to the windshield has not arrived as of yet but it wastes no time in getting there. As of right now I would not even think about a gear swap for it.

Comp 35-349-8/XE264HR
Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 264/270
Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 212/218
Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .512/.512
LSA/ICL:114/110
RPM Range: 1,500-5,500

All my torque is down low. DTD shows 320ish HP and 420ish torque. Max torque at 3500 per the graph. Really starts to drop off after 4000. Torque is at 400 foot pounds at 2500RPM and still at 400 at 4000 RPM.

With my current gears, 65mph is about 2800RPM so I'm right where I need to be,

I don't have any problem get it going she goes like a gut shot cat. But I have to give her more gas of the get go.
Going to a Lower gear will get my the low end grunt I'm looking for.
