66 bronco vin decoding

Found the warranty tag in the glove box of a 66 half cab I own u14fl736860 b u140 97 c 03 can any tell the build date or anything else about it

Caribbean turquoise half cab built in 8/65' (probably first week of production) with a 170 6cyl. Manual transmission, small bearing 9" rear with 4.11 open gears. There should be a 1, 6, or 7 in front of the 97 which indicates which seats it came with. That warranty plate you found originally was on the driver kick panel on 66 and 67 models, someone moved yours to the glove box

That's still in really good shape too! 797 would have been your seat/body code for half cab with bucket seats @merle
