Kind of the same as Ether. Trying to get some engine compartment flap disc, sand, wipe with reducer and getting some paint in places so I can start putting it all back together…sooner rather than later, I hope. Still have more to do.

More engine bay cleaning/prep.

Started my heater box cleaning/upgrade.

Test fit arp header studs on my Ford motorsport shorties, need another solution on 2 so far on drivers side.

Use a punch and hammer to dent the tube until the nuts will go on, it won’t hurt the flow and in the end you’ll be happier with nuts on the studs.

Maybe you can get them started with all of the other ones loose and pull the header back a little bit.

I ground down some setup races for the gear and air locker install. The mark on the bottom of the race is from a silver pen. Carriers tomorrow. Maybe pinion preload and depth if I’m lucky.

I decided to finally fix an issue that has been bugging me for a long time. Passenger floor pan body mount hole is 1/2" off center. The bolt wouldn't fit through easily and made the mount bushing bind up. I drilled up from the bottom so the hole would be centered as much as possible. Bolt drops in straight now.

I also scraped out a bunch of seam sealer and welded the seams of the floor pans. I should have done this in the beginning, looks much better.
