wiring for morons? can i get a copy?

can anybody tell me why i have two green wires with black stripes on the left side front? (harness) one is suppose to be low beam i belive......
and the wire colors would be helpfull as to the function as well....
i know there is the washer pump, horn and side marker/directional
in the process of tidying up the PO's attempt at doing this.....

I have the same color extra wire there also.It has a blue&yellow also. It is a 68 model and I cant find these wires on any of the diagrams.

Washer pump power is green-black.

High beam power is light green-black.

Blue-yellow is power to horn.
