Tail Light Panels (Rear Corners)

What does it take to replace the tail light body panels?
Is it major surgery?

You read my mind... I was just coming to post the same question. My DS rear corner is dented pretty good on the side and I'm debating on whether to fix or replace it. I faintly remember a post a while back that said it was difficult to get at the spot welds to remove the old corner through the tailight.
