T -Case has no rear high

It was fully rebuilt and found no issues at that time now its up and running and has no High rear output everything else works fine, I find no binding on the shifters twin stick all seam to going (counting clicks) into L-N-H but nothing from the rear output.

Take the transfer case off, flip the input gear around, put it back together.
Common rebuild mistake. The extra teeth on the input gear go toward the transfer case so the direct to the rear slide gear will engage them. You have them facing forward (it fits either way) but the slide gear has no teeth to engage. So no rear direct. The input gear is still driving the cluster(counter) gear so the front output works just fine as does rear low range as it is also driven through the idler gear.
