I want to swap my squished rubber body mount bushings for Polyurethane. My questions are who has the best kit and is it suggested to oil/grease the Polyurethane bushings to prevent squeaks?? I have a 3 inch body lift if that matters. Thanks

Daystar and Energy Suspension practically run the industry.
Having said that, Daystar is more off road oriented.

I would call Duff's first though. They were the first vendor I ever saw selling poly body bushings.

I would expect less squeaking from body mounts than from spring bushings which cycle through a range of motion as the Bronco moves.

Thanks, I will go with no grease....I tend to agree with them not moving so no need for lube. I just remember putting in some poly bushing in a older Ford and they squeaked, but they were in the leafspring...

My wife says a little lube never hurt. Just saying. Lubed mine and no squeaky. Would hate to get on the road and hear a squeak and wish I had lubed it.

I have poly body bushings on an off topic ride (57 Chevy). I did not grease them and they do not squeak. Poly suspension bushing need to be lubed with the appropriate grease.

I think if body mounts were speaking. Haaa they might be a problem, they should be tight and no room to move.
But a lil dab never hurt anything

I highly recommend BLACK (not red) Energy poly - it contains graphite, which reduces wear & noise. I've found low prices & good customer service from this e-tailer, but check Amazon & eBay, too.

I glued the poly mounts to the frame so they wouldn't move or squeak there. Then I greased between the mount & the body so it wouldn't remove the paint or squeak when the truck flexed (and it WILL, if you wheel).

Since you're in FL, and you'll probably be dunking that truck, I also recommend that you fill the mounts with anti-seize lube to keep water out a little longer. You could also cut grooves in the poly or the washers to allow water to drain out, as this pic shows:

No lube on body bushings as they are stationary and not a pivot. You will def want to LUBR any that pivot.

Thanks everybody for the advice. After closer inspection the PO has made 'homemade' spacers out of metal tubing of some sort and they are AROUND 3 1/2". So I have decided to buy the WHOLE kit with 3" spacers and poly body mounts so I can make sure the body is level with the frame. Hoping I don't run into any issues.
