Drove to the Ford dealer today asking where my Bronco is. I have a Wildtrak four door on order since week one, no word on when it might show up. They had a half dozen Broncos on the lot, they are all marked up many thousands of dollars. Ford Bronco 4.jpg Ford Bronco.jpg Ford Bronco 2.jpg

Disheartening, I had long talk with the Bronco specialist he said there are so many orders ahead of me, I put my deposit down the second day, they were a little slow actually ordering the vehicle but still, 1000's of orders ahead of me. Anyway maybe I get pushed into 2023 and have better paint choices.

Can't remember what the percentage was, something like 80% of all reservations were placed in the first 48 hours, and 60% of all orders were place on the first day order banks opened in January. So in short, nearly everyone who doesn't have a bronco, which is still the vast majority of order holders has been waiting since July 13-15. There are thousands and thousands in front of you just for being a second day. Crazy.

Ford can't seem to find the parts to build my 2 door Base, I reserved and ordered Day One, but strangely they have plenty of parts for brand new Raptors, dealer orders for markups, new 2022 orders, etc.

It is really pissing me off where my "Twin" is available at a few dealerships for some shmuck to walk in and buy it off the floor, yet the "reservationists" are told yours has a "constraint"... We sure do ....our "Constraint" is a reservation locked in at a lower price!

Not sure this makes much sense. The dealer isn't stopping delivery of your vehicle, and the higher-priced "twin" at the dealer isn't going to net Ford Motor Co. any additional money.

Daler is a victim too. But when customer service says yours is being held up cause of constraints on the top, and the I can go to two dealerships, one in NY and one in PA that have the two door in 2022 Eruption green and mine's a 2001, something's not right..

Oh I'm not disagreeing bout that. Just pointed out that your other suspicion didn't make much sense. Then again, I guess the dealer you are picking up through could have shortstopped your delivery to sell for a premium, but I'm thinking you would at least have heard from Fomoco that your truck had been built shipped, so probably not that likely.

Same old same! I can't really grasp why I see so many Broncos on the road, I was a day two deposit and got my build submitted the end of January 2021.

I still got nothing! I know last week was a scheduling week too. It is straight up stupid now! I must have seen two dozen broncos on the road in the last week while in Florida. Everything from Black Diamond to first additions, hard tops, soft tops, two doors or four.

I know of at least three other people that ordered after me with builds that were Badlands or higher and they have either taken delivery or are at least scheduled??? I purposely was very limited on options so we could get it faster. The only options I ordered was a 6cyl auto with the mid package. no tow pack, no hard top nothing else beside the standard Badlands package. My wife is driving me crazy and wants to know when she is getting it she keeps asking me if I actually ordered it or maybe the dealer screwed up the order. My expedition is raking up miles and is going to need other service items shortly and is now getting close to 120,000 miles so my trade in value is going down by the day. This all really sucks and getting no feed back just makes it worse I would rather get bad news than no news at all right now! If there was another option I would do it, dont say a Jeep, I already did that and I am not impressed, I cant wait to find the right bronco to trade it in on.

Went to my dealer today to double check my order. It is in the system but still not scheduled, its not flagged or any thing, so no obvious reason for it to be delayed. Dealers lame excuse was its because it is a 6cyl that's why the hold up. There may have been a little truth to it as the list of broncos they had on order that were not yet scheduled was much longer for 6cyl than 4cyl. Whatever!:mad::rolleyes::mad::unsure:

TO all of those that have ordered and have a date or actually got a bronco in the flesh consider yourself lucky you should have played the Powerball last night!
