Looking to remove my factory spare tire carrier. Any suggestions on the cleanest looking way do so besides replacing the panels? Thank you

If you don’t want to repaint the entire corner, either use some SS button head bolts and round gaskets to put the holes or have the same button head bolts color-matched and install. They’re pretty slick and would eventually disappear to your eyes.

You can either put the bolts back in (requires leaving the hidden supports in) or just add plugs. Ace Hardware has a ton of options from Chrome to Black Plastic.
