Looking for a little EB help in the Atlanta area

I am trying to find someone, anyone to weld in two front floor pans and an exterior rocker panel in my dad's '71 for me for $$$$$$$$$$ in the Atlanta/Georgia area?

I would have them cut out/off and screwed in place so all they would have to do is remove each screw and spot weld the holes. Even if one of you can't personally help, could anyone suggest someone for me to turn to for help?
