Keeping an EB 20 years and the same wife is a rarity nowadays; congrats.

Found her the same way I found the bronco

Classified ads in the Atlanta newspaper

I placed a personal ad in the paper
Got several letters (this was back before Al Gore invented the Internet ).

She sent a card with her phone number and nothing else.
Just the number

So I call and we are discussing where to meet for dinner and she suggests a place I wasn't familiar with
And told me how to get there
"Take the Howell Mill exit, turn left and Felini's is on the right, I'll meet you there at 7:00 "

I ask about other landmarks to help find it

She says "it's a big pink building , you'd have to be a complete moron to not be able to find it, in which case I wouldn't be interested in meeting you anyway" followed by a click and a dial tone.

Mmm, now I'm wondering if an ad looking for
"a sassy, confident woman who is in control of her life"
Was a good idea

Hank, that's the problem in a nutshell with a Bronco, they are a little too small for a heavy big block up front.

Turbo diesel 4Runner? I had one in high school (2005?) it was a '90 model with a 4" ProComp lift and 33" Swamper. The 3.0L V6 barely had enough power to keep it in overdrive. I would love to have another.

Here's a cool picture that I just saw, one that expresses a little attitude!
