Front axle not lined up, sits 1"over on passenger side

Had the bronco all apart restoring it. Put in 3.5" front coils, proper bushings and an adjustable tracbar which I don't think I really needed. The passenger side tire sticks out about an inch more than the drivers side, looks like axle has to go to drivers side. I disconnected the trackbar, and wiggled wheel to it was centered on each side. When I did this, tracbar would be an inch off, even stock one was same deal. Just got it aligned and its still out, with passenger side sticking out more. Only thing I can think of is when I tightened radius arms that it threw it off??? I've lifted lots of broncos with 3.5" and have never had this problem,. Truck had a 2.5" before and was fine from what I remember.
Any ideas????

Are you running a drop trac bar bracket or trac bar riser? Even then the adjustable or even the stock trac bar should fit. Are you sure they are 3.5in springs and not stock ones? The only way you would get it out of wack with the radius arms is if the C bushings/radius arm caps are not exactly where they are supposed to be. But that would be very obivous.

Take the trac bar off, leave the drag link connected. Turn the steering wheel to center the chassis over the front axle. When it's centered, hook up the track bar and everything should be centered.

Kinda sounds like he did that already and neither the adjustable or the stock trac bar will work as both are to long.
Maybe some pics would help us see something that is not right.

This is really bugging me so I went and had another look. I did disconnect tracbar before and turned steering wheel to center but tracbar was too long. Now that I looked at it again, there are two holes in the tracbar bracket, ones a bit higher and over almost an inch. I'm in the lower one now. Think all I have to do is put it in the one that's over and higher and should be good, I hope. Not sure what tracbar bracket it is as it was on truck already.

I have a 5.5" lift on my rig, and after bolting everything back up my front axle was annoyingly slightly off. So, an old guy taught me a trick of getting two of those super cheap Harbor Freight marker lasers, make sure they are at a 90 degree angle, stick them to the frame, and center away. When I used this laser method, my axle is way centered, and I check it after every trail trip.

Yeah a lot of trac bar brackets were made with 2 holes one for the 3.5in lifts and the lower for 5.5 lifts. go with the upper hole and you should be fine.

Did you adjust the adjustable track bar? You should be able to adjust it to bring the axle back to centered. Did you run out of adjustment?

Is the truck together or is just still just a frame with the axle hanging from it?
The reason I ask is you need to dial in the trac bar with the full weight of the rig on it.

Are you assessing the centering of the front axle by measuring/eyeballing off the body or off the frame?

Thanks for the replies. Truck is together, been driving it around, just noticed this the other day. I do have an adjustable tracbar. Think I have it in the wrong hole....... Hopefully i'll get to it tonight. The other hole on tracbar bracket should get it lined up, i hope
