I had my Baja SS seats for about 4 months before I finally got them installed. The lumbar air bag wouldn't hold air so I contacted Rachel to see if there was a repair that could be done. She put me in touch with Andrew at Corbeau who mailed out a replacement bladder the same day. Excellent customer service, excellent product and I'll be looking for opportunities to do business in the future. Thank you!:-*
