After 3D printing a few Bronco emblems, my latest keychain is a Bronco grill. I couldn't decide whether or not to add a little bit of the hood, so figured I'd do both. This one is without the hood, and I actually like it. I also thought it'd be fun to wire the lights up, so I printed lenses for a quick test. I like the look of the grill with the lights, but not the headlight covers that were needed to keep the lens in place; looked cheesy.

very much appreciated guys!!

Oh daddy you're killing me...I wish I could share the STL's, but I'm really hoping to sell these once I have them perfected. ;) PM your shipping info and I'll send you the next prototype off the printer.
Don't worry about it, I just wanted to make one to put on a RC Crawler, no big deal. They are cool as crap.

Would these be too big to fit in a guy's front pocket? Hard to judge by the pics, even with the key attached.

If nothing else, would work for my 'camp' keys which stay in the center console of my truck.

They do look coooooooool !!

Thanks Pops. I'm trying to keep them small for just this reason. Currently they are about 4 1/2 inches. I might be able to get them down to 4" but not sure if we'll lose any detail. For instance on the grill keychain, the top most vent holes (just under where the hood would slam shut), these might close up completely. Anyway, thanks again.

How about putting the key chain hole coming off the “O”? This way the keys and chain would be easier to put into your front pockets. Jut a thought.

Where can we buy them?

... I too think they are cool... Every time I pass one of the Key chain racks I give it a once over for one.
... ORELIES Used to have one in their rack but I've not found on in years .
..............
..... I'd like one the the square shape of out Broncos .. or just the Name Bronco small enough to fit in my packet .
& The grill is find also It it doesn't have sharp edges to run under your finger nails.
ouch . been there done that before .
........Have you got any though on prices yet.
