Messing around with places for the computer. It really can only go one place. I think BC mounts it on the other side of the fender well(so above tire outside). Not a huge fan of that idea. I heard the battery shouldn’t be close to the computer. Not sure will call ford tomorrow and let you all know.

That's the same location that I am considering. I Mocked it up there and everything fit well and will look pretty clean. Makes it easy to mount Power Distribution box on passenger side Firewall too.

Looks like the starter will not fit. Or even close. I’ll be sending it back and buying one that I can clock.

Call PowerMaster Directly to get the one I listed in post #1 of my parts thread. Powermaster 9132. If I remember correctly it was $165.

That is the same one. I really don't think I paid that much when it was first available......

Got the Dakota digital gauge in. Not impressed with the look at all. I wanted more for 1300 bucks plus another 100 for the odb 2 connector. Think I’ll return it for the black version.

My 6r80 controls pack doesn’t have very many wires on the odb plug does anyone know what info it actually shares through this plug?

I have a 2in lift. I’ll prob try moving the engine over a little bit. Was planning on hydro boost later on. But maybe.

Hemmer - How much body lift do you have?

You will need at least 2" Body lift with that style of Bracket / Booster.

The Inline Bracket over the Driver's Side Inner Fender will work with a 1" body Lift. I did this with Hydroboost. (Pictured) The lower left edge of the bracket had to be radiused to clear.

I have a 2im body my engine is almost touching the firewall so I don’t know if the hydro boost would even fit. I have to modify my firewall to make room for the censors on back of engine

Is the transmission already installed as well? Motor tilted too far back?
