Need a Spark Plug Recommendation

I have a 351w with an HEI style distributor and need to change the plugs. I've heard good things about NGK plugs but I'm open to suggestions.

Carbed or EFI? If carbed, just go with good old fashion Autolite copper core. But EFI runs clean enough that you can usually get a good plug and worry about it wearing out (electrode erosion) before it gets contaminated.

Bosch platinum 4 are the best I've used. My rig would load up so bad at elevation that I would have to drive in low range adjust the carb just to drive until I put them in. Never went back..
