Mechanical fan bolt torque

Can anyone tell me torque spec for mechanical fan? Running a 302 and 18” blade fan.

Can’t find it in Chiltons or my Bronco manuals… they are 5/16 bolts, assuming at least grade 5… which with standard torque specs put it at 17-19 ft/lbs, but that seems a bit light to me for a engine fan. Can anyone help?

I found this in the 1977 Truck Service Specifications. Looks like 10-14 pounds for a Bronco.
