Looking for NV3550 and install kit(wrong Forum, Sorry)

I'm looking for a used or freshly rebuilt NV3550, all adapters and the rest of the install kit to put up to my 302 and D20. I have a line on one in Az. for 1700.00 Does that sound like a good deal or not??
